Auditing

We are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to carry out audit work on behalf of those companies which either must have their accounts audited, or for those companies which, although not required by law to have their accounts audited, still require an audit, generally because their constitution demands it or because an outside agency requests it, or because 10% or more of the shareholders demand it.

Whatever the reason, we can carry out the work either on-site or off-site whichever suits you best.

We are able to carry out audit work for trading companies, clubs and associations and charities, so whichever category your company falls into then we are fully qualified to help.
