Incorporations and Company Secretarial Services

We use a London agent for company incorporations and although they may not be the cheapest they are one of the best.

They will provide a package to suit every need and will do so in a professional manner.

They have a stock of ready- made companies but we believe you are best having a new company formed, tailor made to your own requirements.

We will lead you through the process with as little trouble as possible, so that you end up with exactly what you want.

The statutory books are generally provided written up and the initial forms are filed at companies house, but from then on we will take care of everything for you so you don’t need to worry about company secretarial matters at all.

Each year, on the anniversary of incorporation you will need to file an Annual Return, and we can file this on-line for you. The filing fee is £15 for this.

Also each year you will need to file a copy of the company accounts with companies house and we can again do this for you on-line, or we can file a copy of your full or abbreviated accounts which we will produce. The filing of accounts does not incur a charge from companies house.

All in all we will try to make sure the process of owning and operating your own company is as simple and straightforward as possible.
